Nana is a Chartered Occupational / Organisational Psychologist and Organisation Development professional.

 

She is an experienced and successful Executive Coach and Team Coach with over 10 years’ experience as an internal and external consultant.  She has worked with leaders from a diverse range of organisations (private / corporate and public sectors) and industries, and also in a wide cross section of cultures across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.  Nana is a Founding Member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology, British Psychological Society. 

 

When coaching leaders, Nana sees her role as a ‘thinking partner’ who encourages and challenges clients to create their own strategies to achieve their goals.  Where needed, she helps clients become aware of and explore self-limiting behaviours, attitudes, and beliefs that may be undermining their effectiveness. 

 

Nana is also a specialist in coaching teams. These teams can be either high performing or underperforming (perhaps ‘stuck’ or held back by personality clashes, unproductive behaviours and conflict).  Like with executive coaching, her team coaching sessions are tailored completely to the specific needs of the team; they are flexible and challenging in nature, and always focus on creating new thinking and sustained performance improvement that is tangible and measurable in the workplace.

 

Nana is a certified user of many psychometric instruments that can help clients to increase their self- awareness around their personality, talents, strengths, and potential derailers (and how these differ from other people’s).
